I've just had a very good experience with a dealer. I lost the turbo boost on my 9-3 TiD on Wednesday night - details in Classic 9-3 forum. I eventually limped my car down to Turner's Hill Garage (about 10 miles from where I live) yesterday (Thursday), and gave it in to them around midday. The service manager was quite optimistic about the whole thing and kept saying that he was pretty sure it wasn't the turbo, but probably just a hose, (I had similar advice on the 9-3 forum) and he promised he'd try and look at the car the same day, failing which first thing the following morning. They did manage to look at it the same day, and I had the car back by 5:30 pm , with a new intercooler hose as the old one had split. Rates were quite reasonable for a dealer as well. I would certainly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
