Wiring diagrams needed

Does anyone have the original workshop diagrams for the ignition key and radio/cd circuits for an ‘01 93 Aero,I am trying to trace the wakeup signal for the radio as sometimes it comes on when I turn the key and other times not but will come on later when driving. The radio works but the display and wheel buttons come and go, I have gone through the wiring looking for loose connections but now am focusing on the ignition switch.
