Where does this go?

Good morning Gents, had a hack work on the Saab and I'm trying to get it back into shape. I had a code 21 and 06.. Found three connectors hanging loose under the dash. One fixed the 06, there are two left. Anyone know where they should be connected? One is green power with a blue stripe, the other red and yellow. Thanks!
