GT30BB is strictly an aftermarket option. Count on 1,000 euro plus BTW (Dutch VAT)...

The Volvo fitments all have a 7cm2 exhaust housing, whilst the TD04HL15T on 9-3/9-5 Aero models is a 5cm2. AFAIK swapping out exhaust housings between the two is a straight swap, but then you'd be left with a considerable imbalance between turbine and compressor flow characteristics.

The Volvo turbine housing OTOH uses a different sealing method on the flange towards the exhaust manifold (metal 'ring' instead of the Saab 'cold' gasket fitment). Still, fabricating an adaptor for that and the different bolt patterns whilst porting your exhaust manifold to match the 'hole'in the Volvo's exhaust housing seems a more promising way than trying to mix the Volvo turbo with the Saab exhausthousing.
