Hi folks.
I have recently renewed the anti freeze on my 2.3 cse which has resulted in a water leak above the water pump. It seems to be leaking on the stub that fit up to the engine block. Anyone got any experience of this and how difficult it is to fix? Thanks in advance

I recently had the same problem and took the car to my local (non saab) garage and they couldn't fix it. I was told that you have to replace the O rings on the pipe (which my local garage didn't do). I replaced mine (job took me about 1 and a half hours and I have had no problems since. I found the Haynes manual very helpful.

That's the first time I've heard that in a long time. The Haynes manual often gets a bad press, especially in respect of the modern cars in which so much is determined by computer controlled diagnostics. Good to hear that you fixed the issue, Ian.
