i have a problem with my 93 cse,the drivers side headlamp washer wasnt connected when i connected it up the washer and wipe came on constantly for both headlamps and windscreen, anybody ever heard of this problem and any ideas how to fix it?
I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Is it the headlamp washer jet which wasn't connected to the plumbing or the headlight wiper motor which was unplugged from the electrics?
I'll presume the latter in which case the supply to the self-park contacts has got itself shorted to the main feed to the motor so that the current is travelling back up the wire and energising the other wiper and washer motors. To fix it you can either buy a replacement H/L wiper motor or take yours to bits and see if you can fix the fault. Possibly bent contacts on self-park.
