I have a 1996 saab 900se and the turbo is making a sputtering noise at 10-15 psi boost I know its not the fuel cut off because I have a manual boost controller and know what that sounds and feels like. I currently have the manual boost controller off but its still does it. has anyone had similar problems?
I'm thinking I might need to replace the turbo but i'm not sure. also could be the air mass meter? I really need HELP!!!!
