I managed to get my hands on a TD04HL-15T today . Can anyone tell me exactly what the difference is between this and the TD04HL-16T.

Hmmm

The TD04hl-15t in 5cm2 and 6cm2 form were used in T7 trionic 9-3 viggen and 95 aero (5cm2) and 9000 Aero (6cm2) Plus some volvo's e.g 850T

The TD04hl-16t is a slightly bigger turbo used on volvo 850 t5R's with a 7cm2 turbine also 960's. bigger flow, bigger lag.
