My '93 throttle system has failed, with the TCS light and Check Engine lights on (5 flashes)

In the absence of the really useful Townsend website, can anyone give me the details of how to test the throttle body with a multi-meter?
The wiring diagram ("schematic" for you American linguists <grin>) of the TCS system would be a bonus!

I may have what you are looking for but it is on my home computer and I am travelling (in sunny belfast !!)
