Just taken the plunge and part-exchanged my trusty old 2006 9-5 for a 2010 Vector SE with nearly all the toys ?

Picking it up on Monday!

You should join some forums on Facebook. You will learn a lot about these cars as many experience the same problems world wide.
Many say it's not if a problem will arise but when. Seems to me most common faults are steering lock, sat nav and the twin turbo models.
I too however have an AUS specked Vector and love it. Enjoy

Thanks Ausman,

I've already encountered the heated drivers seat and infotainment issues.....

Got it booked in to my local SAAB garage on Tuesday for a software update to hopefully cure the infotainment issues.

Even with the problems though - I absolutely love the car...

Have today put mine in to my SAAB garage for a software update if possible. A bit more difficult in OZ I think than your side of the world.
Only my drivers seat has given up the ghost but here in South Australia not really an issue so I am not concerned if not fixed.
Search Saab forums on Facebook. The best one is The SAAB 9.5NG owners club. You have to apply with vin number but the info you get from all over the world is amazing. It has helped me a lot over the last few years.
