Well I thought I'd change the lower wishbone rear bushes to poly on my Aero and in order to make life slightly easier for myself, I thought I'd get some alternate standard rubber bushes which come with the alloy carrier and fit those to my 2.0t and then gut the ones that come off that to work on at leisure in order to get the poly bushes fitted.

Just as well I ordered other bits too as I discovered that all 4 of the alloy mounts that hold the front of the wishbone were broken plus a worn ball joint. I also broke a brand new ball joint splitter so that's going back.

Question is, on the supaflex bushes that I have, there's no metal insert, am I supposed to reuse the one that is in the old rubber bush?

David.
