Driving through Chelsea today and spotted (well, couldnt bl**dy miss it) a stretch 9000. Green, with a total of 8 doors.
Pity the poor sod who drives that through London traffic.

Some of those stretches - particularly the commercial vehicle-backed ones eg the boxes and the car carriers - were built by Robert Solstad in Roke, in Sweden. The 9000 limo on the Singapore-based pages is actually from the front cover of SOC Driver from a few years ago, and depicts a Coleman-Milne 9000 limosine built in Westhoughton, near Manchester, alongside 9000 hearses (for REAL anoraks, the photo was taken outside Haigh Hall, Wigan). We visited there and turned up in time to see a worker just beginning to cut across the roof of a Rolls-Royce with and angle grinder - Ouch!

Ian, we did have a thread a couple of months ago about unusual Saabs with a bunch of GB Police 9000s in there ...though I do not recall Cleveland. Try a search on "police".

Perhaps someone has some photos?
