I thought this problem was just a one-off when it happened on my previous 9000 CS, but it has just happened on my current 9000 as well.
Simply put, the rear offside seatbelt sticks and will not retract or pull out. Removing the trim where the belt enters the interior of the car and manually pushing the reel releases it for a time.
I don't want to take any risks with safety so I thought I should replace the belt.
I would guess a second-hand one is not an option as you would want to know a belts "history", especially as a second-hand one may have come from a car which has been involved in an accident and possibly "used" in anger.
Any thoughts anyone ?
