Anyone know where I can get a stainless CAT & front pipe for my 1997 9000CD Eco (LPT)? Mine looks very rusty & I suspect it will fail some time - probably when I'm broke!

Try Abbott for s/steel, not sure of others for the 9k although Map Tun state they are developing their own s/steel systems.

I had a SS exhaust system fitted to my CSE LPT by Longlife (Falfield Glocs.) 01454 261430. I think they also offer a CAT. My only complaint being they didn't renew the exhaust mounts at the same time.

I'm pretty sure I saw stainless steel exhausts on offer in the latest Driver magazine. I don't think they were performance ones though.

You can order S/Steel cats from USA from Summitt Racing. I bought a 3" high flow cat for USA delivery for $46 of £30, and I can't imagine shipping and VAt would be all that much.

For a S/steel downpipe get one made and installed by an exhaust specialist. I'm booked for this at Hayword&Scott in Essex at the end of October-they are v busy at present and do first rate work.
