I appear to have to familiar SRS light scenario, where it comes on with initial testing of all the circuits.
It then goes out for 1 second then stays on solidly.

I have had a couple of problems with central locking fuses etc recently, could it be related?

Has anyone been to a dealer etc and had the fault rectified, and what did it cost, what was involved etc?

Thanks

It seems to occour when the battery has been disconnected for a short while...

This certainly was the case with mine. My dealer 'fixed' it in a couple of minutes with the Saab Tech II hand held computer. Cost nil.

On mine, it was due to me straining an airbag connector as I fitted an alarm. A trip to the dealer for a reset fixed it. They may be able to tell what caused the fault.

The SRS light is one of those that persists after the fault is gone. Often it is a transient fault and a reset cures it.
