Hi
This may be a bit of a silly question, but what is the correct/optimum size for wiper blades ?
ive seen anything from 20-22 inch ones recommended (depending on which book you read).
Mine (2nd hand) has 22inchers - like that when i bought it.
So what is the best? in this forums opion ?
come to that are Bosch ones better/ worth the extra cost?

I thought the correct size was 21". The gap between 21" blades is so small that I doubt if 22" blades would fit without touching. The blades are of course actually metric sizes, so the imperial size is approximate. What you are calling 22" might be Bosch's 21".

I put a couple of Bosch wipers on my Aero before I wrote it off , and I have to say that cheap ones I bought recently from an 'excess stock shop' are just as good at the moment. They were only £1.25 each, so I am happily surprised .
True to say that inferior rubber will not last as long, but the question is 'which ones are inferior'?
