What would people recomend to achieve 250bhp with no problems with reliability/longevity of the engine/autobox on a NG900 SE TURBO?.
By the sounds of it the MBC is out, i was thinking along the lines of:

1. Stage 1 ecu (elkparts)
2. Viggen Intercooler
3. k&n panel with custom 3" intake or cone filter
4. removing the lip on the air intake pipe
5. forge/baileys twin piston dump valve

Any other thoughts and tips for free/cheap mods to help me hit this figure?

As sgould says, just go for the complete Stage 3 kit from either Elkparts(Speedparts), Maptun or Nordic.
As you've got the autobox, maybe the Maptun package might be the best bet, as it's torque delivery that will kill your autobox, and IIRC from what others have said the torque delivery of the Maptun software is better in this respect..??

No such thing as a free mod for that sort of extra

Thanks i may go with the elkparts stage 2 and add the viggen intercooler, as you say my autobox is the weak link.

Can the standard cooling system/oil cooler handle that power ok or does the Viggen have a better radiator/oil cooler?
