When I was a Toyota MR2 and then M3 owner, we had meets every now and again at Santa Pod, 'Run What You Brung' days as well as specialist days. but I suppose such a location is for those interested in the performance. With a growing family, it's just finding the time for a meet these days.

I'd be up for it providing I haven't moved on to another BMW by then (which is unlikely with the house move), I've been to Santa Pod for the BMW meets and that place isn't what it used to be, won't go there again TBH the facilities need to be updated, The National Motor Museum would be a winner, haven't been there yet!

What happened to the central location... lol

Theres no way I could travel that far I'm afraid, I think that even the southern Scotland Saab folks won't travel that far. I know there are more of you guys in England but that museum is almost at Lands End, I wonder how many of you would travel to the meet if it was held at John O'Groats?? :p

LMAO John O'Groats the actual lands end.

If you can put forward a suggested place to meet then we maybe able to change but that would really depend on the majority as if only me is willing to travel up there it wouldn't be worth it lol.

Well even Birmingham or Manchester would shave a huge chunk of the journey for anyone coming from Scotland. Theres 3 of us in Aberdeen interested that I know of so far (although I'm not sure if their 9000's will be equally keen :p)

Lol if they can confirm and also if we can get a place to go in either Birmingham or Manchester, I have no idea about places in the Northern region.

Right then shall we all agree on the meet here - http://intsaab2013.com/
Chaps - you will be very welcome to join us at the International Saab Clubs meeting - the link that Dean has posted takes you to our main website and we will be publishing the booking details, and pricing for the weekend within the next couple of weeks. Those of you who are members of any of the European Saab clubs should already have received advance information via your club.

Keep an eye on the site for the updates.

All the best
