Saab 93 linear 1.9 TiD
Was driving this morning with poor weather conditions (pissing it down) went over a metal plate on motorway (60mph)
Instant TCS warning Followed by ABS.
About 500M further lost power steering and almost every light on dash lit up.
Now car will not start on key , however it did manage to start (once) when I turnt off the TCS via dash button.
Due to the fault appearing at the time of the very slight bump / slip, I am thinking that would of been a loose abs/wheel speed sensor however seems strange that this would prevent car starting.
Car does try to start but all dials move and flash / click (similar to flat battery) but seems more of a short?
Any common places to start? First job for Monday morning will be plugging in and hopeing it’s just a sensor (which apparently euro car parts don’t stock).
Any advise / signs to look for that may fit above before I start my diagnosis.
Genuine thanks in advance
