I recently purchase a saab 9000 for 1050.00 USD and it passed inspection with brand new brakes and tires. It started running rough and had problems idling at stop lights. I replaced the battery, spark plugs, air filter, and today the fuel filter. I put techtron premium plus and chemtool and filled my baby with 93 premium octance and drove to buffalo about 80 the whole way there and then back. It still has some rough starts and problems idling at stop lights, it seems like its choking for gas. When i replaced the spark plugs i checked them on a chart and it showed that all the tips were scorched white, meaning the engine is working too hard and creating extremely hot temperatures. The engine temperature remains cool on the temperature gauge. While driving to buffalo and back (to rochester) it drives like a dream. No problems. Only problems starting sometimes and idling at stop lights or going up hills. I think its a fuel problem, or maybe a computer problem. Any one can help please do. or send me an email rchapell@rochester.rr.com
Also my headlight went out today just the left one no bright or regular lamp working, do i jsut need a bulb or a fuse or something to. the right headlight works fine brights and everything.
Also the car is a non turbo 2.3 liter saab 9000. It has only 73,500 miles and is a 1992 4/5 door hatch.

Ryan
