Hi

Engine block is same, some internal parts (pistons, for example) are different.
Has turbo engine only camshaft broken, or something else? If other items (pistons) are OK I think it is possible to use non turbo cylinder head on turbo engine or at least parts from non turbo cylinder head.

The turbo engine has lower compression pistons but that shouldn't matter since it is only the head that would be changed. I believe that the turbo engine has a different camshaft and that the valves are made from a higher spec material but I could be wrong. It should still work but the valves may be prone to failure in the long term.
