I have had a lot of luck using a hand-held impact wrench and hammer. I use a 12 inch or longer ratchet extension rod and then put the 3/8 bit holder on top with an impact-rated bit. If this setup is too heavy, step down the rig size using 1/4 inch drive pieces. Use a lot of liquid rust-penetrant and patience. It usually works well on rusted screws with compromised heads from stripping. Good luck

 

The lens clip fits into the housing put a screw driver into the slot nearest the screw

I would try drilling the screws out with a 2mm drill then using an 'easy out' ( reverse thread inset ) to get the screw out.

You don't say where you are but I might have a spare.

NO!!! The lens is separate to the holder and the screws do not need to be removed to change the bulb.
