I'm not aware of a fuel cut off valve on UK models. If the engine stops the fuel pump stops and I think that's it.

Their are two crash sensor inside the engine bay, located below both head lamp units on the top side of the wheel arches, I believe.

In the event of an accident, they are designed to turn the engine off, and I guess his is done via the ECU, simply by turning off the ignition (i.e. no spark to the plugs).
