Thanks Damo, I appreciate the response. I assure you I will be very cautious as this is a fresh rebuilt '96 AERO engine in my '94 CSE(put #3 connecting rod thru side of block). I'll let you know how it turns out.
This method will only adjust the 'base boost' and not the max boost (which is governed by the APC system). By moving the wastgate rod you will be preventing the APC system from saving your newly rebuilt engine IF there is a problem.
Put a calibrated boost gauge on the engine to check what boost pressure you are getting before trying for more...
