I'm putting in a complete new fuel rail, injectors and pressure regulator as one peice. After depressurizing and putting the part in, theres going to be air in the rail and injectors, is this ok?

Hi,
there should be no problems at all. Air should be pressurized by the fuel pump and squirted out though the injectors. So you should have some rough running for the first seconds, maybe have to crank for little normal than usual, then everithing should be ok if the work was done properly. By the way, this happens everytime you run out of fuel, and in those circustances all you have to do is refill and you're cool, the car is ok.

Hope this helps.

Yes, air will soon be displaced.

When fitting the rail/injectiors, make sure you smear the injector O-rings liberally with vaseline/petroleum jelly in order to avoid damaging the O rings as you push the rail/injectors home.
