i have a 87" 9000t
and i just noticed the Temp gauge going into red while coming back from work sitting in traffic...got home opened the hood and the fan isnt kicking on??? what could it be...i checked the fuse in the glove box its good, tried to replace it with another 25 same thing it will keeep on going up and up so i'm trying to mess this thing up, can someone help?

I had a similar problem last year. I thought it might have been the sensor in the radiator. When I came to change it I found that one of the connectors inside the connector block had become badly corroded and stopped the fan from kicking in. It may be a quick first place to look before starting to replace thermostats etc.
