[Dazzel]

For a while now I have had a loud crack type sound when turning lock to lock while either stationary or at low speed and for a while also I have noticed that I am gradually losing PAS fluid, whilst the car was jacked up on friday (changing the serpentine belt) I turned the steering by hand at the hub and a small amount of PAS fluid squirted out of the small relief hole in the cap on the reservoir, I have also noticed that in cold weather the rack is a bit lazy on initial start. Could the rack be responsible for both the fluid loss and the noise?, If anyone else has had this I would be grateful for any feedback
