Power steering pipe

I've decided to follow up on this as others in the same situation may stumble across it and find it helpful. At the very least this is a list of places that can help with Saab issues and parts.
The search continues, I have posted on numerous facebook groups with no luck. Lots of helpful suggestions from helpful people though! Nobody has these and they aren't being made any longer. There is NO supply. - "The hose in question 5531793 is no longer Stocked by us at saab buddy."
The closest I've gotten is a chap in Leeds who has two, but he won't post. Which I find completely bonkers!
Places I have looked:
Neo Brothers - Europes largest Mini & Saab Parts Specialist - North London - Listed £294 (expensive) - out of stock
Saab Parts, Saab Spares and Accessories: online ordering, mail order parts, UK based site - PartsforSaabs - Nothing for the 2.2
Jamsaab Keynsham (Just south of Bristol) - very helpful and knowledgeable - Can't get this part
TR Autos - SAAB Specialist in Yeovil, Somerset in (Yeovil) - Waiting on a call back
Home | tinhay-garage (tinhaygarage.co.uk) - Can't get the part but were helpful with other contacts
SAAB parts UK - Worldwide shipping (saabits.com) - Again very helpful and gave me other contacts but couldn't' help with the part.
There are currently two options left:
1. Have a line made;
Bespoke Power Steering HOSE REPAIR SERVICE. | eBay - Starting from £80 they'll make the line, but I'll have to send them the part and abandon the car at the garage
Hydraulic Hose Repair, Hose Replacement - Pirtek - This comes up again and again and will likely be the option I take depending on price.
2. Scrap the car - I do NOT want to go down this path. It would be a huge shame to bin a lovely car especially over something so trivial.

I recently had this problem with my '07 plate 1.9 diesel. Eventually bought the corresponding part for the petrol version and cobbled it in at the joints in the metal pipes. Can't remember exactly where I got it from ( possibly e-bay ) but it was about £65. This assumes that your problem is corrosion of the metal pipe not with the flexy section.
