Changed both front and rear today on mt 9000 2.3 CSE. The rears were a piece of cake. No need to jack the car up (if you are thin enough)Took 20 mins for both sides.

The front !!!!. The major problems was the rearmost bolt. Luckily I was able to borrow a 10mm spaner that had Sockets on the ends. It was impossible with either a 3/8 drive or 1/4 drive with a longer socket.

Altogether 2 hours for both sides.

Made any difference, unsure as yet. What are other views.

Parts from elk parts. Very good and prompt service

Sorry to be a pain inthe ar$e, but I've just got my first and am not 100% about the upgarding lark. The general conscensus seems to be change the front and rear ARB bushes for poly, leave the engine and gearbox mounts as std to keep vibration to a minimum. Does that sound about right, any I have missed out?
