The DiamondVision bulbs are not for sale in Europe. The lamp with the highest colour temperature that you can currently get is the BlueVision Ultra (4000K). The rest is not legal in Europe and only available in Asia.

So, message me with your postal address and I'll get my Hong Kong based friend to post you whatever bulbs you want. There are plenty brighter than the Philips ones you were looking for. I'll get my friend to price the bulbs and you can pay him direct.
