Ok, ive finally got round to getting hold of a boost gauge to check what its running at (96 aero, maptun stg 1).
BB is at approx 0.42 bar
Overswing is between 1.4 and 1.55 bar
after overswing 1.2 to 1.35
Dropping down to 0.9 to 1.05 at red line.
I have also noticed that imediatly after overswing, there are 0.2bar fluctuations, which last for about 1000 rpm, and then the needle settles.
Are these specs correct for a stg 1.
Any opinions greatly recieved.

Sounds similar to my Stg 1993 Aero

Initial swing 1.2 bar up to 2500rpm
over swing 1.3-1.5+ bar (fuel cut at 1.53 ish) from 2500-3000rpm (0.3 bar fluctuations).
settles to about 1.3 at/by 3000rpm,
rises to 1.5 bar until 4500rpm if cold
drops to 1.2 bar by 6000rpm

Luckily I seems to just miss the fuel cut most of the time, but I'm also happy to know that it still has the fuel cut for safety.

I've pu the fluctuations down to my wastegate actuator which I'm going to be changing at some point soon (looking at a different spring rate and / or diaphram area). as I think it may be a harmonic of the apc versus boost rise rate.

below 2500 and above 3200rpm the fluctations are gone.

My base boost is about .45 - .47 bar but I've tried it from .30 to .50 and get the same effect.
