Not yet. Well I have found a few bits but those that might suit you, have the wrong part number. The only ECU i have found has been lying out in the rain.

i'm waiting for a reply from another place so I'll let you know.

The Carlsson hideous missfire now at last seems to have been be cured by replacing the Air Mass Meters. I you have a mis fire and changing plugs and then trying a new DI unit fails, try the air mass meter. I got this suggestion from Alan at BPV in Slough. Hagstrom Saab eventually got the right a.m.m second hand and bingo. Bambo, it seems I no longer need the parts I previously mentioned>

Got the wee carlsson turbo replaced so when I get it back on Monday I'll be a happy bear.

Got totally messed about by the guy with the 900 carlsson (kit) so I'll keep looking.
