Anyone know a good/cheap/free way to sort out replacing the CV joints?
Mine knock slightly when I am at full lock. (they don't knock all the time when going a long round a bend, just when turning slowly)

Are they dangerous to leave for a while or will it need imedeiate attention?

hi u can try repacking them with grease may help 4 a while? but bewear once these joints become badly worn or stiff thay tend to try and lock up and make it a little hard to steer on long runs. thay can also brake up in side ther boot and leave u stuck with no drive but yours sound like ther in ther early stage worth looking how ther packed with grease

also swapping inner's for outer's will give you a little bit more life out of them.
