It could be producing that on overboost if it's running with an MBC. My manual produced 361lbft on a static RR last year with a standard APC, although my APC seems to have a red box (Carlsson) program. The auto trans won't stand up to that kind of torque for too many miles, the peak torque on the auto's should be around 230lbft IIRC.

You won't do nearly 400lbft even on a 2.3T without some serious tuning... and then the BHP would be far more than 200!

386Nm (=285lbft) might be more accurate... but even that is above stock.

In fact, I'd go so far as to say I wouldn't actually expect the ZF auto trans to survive having that sort of torque measured!

386lb/ft is some really serious torque output, apparently thats the figure in n/m however, that still works out at 285lb/ft, I think the figures for another vehicle are being quoted.....

As I doubt 0-60 in 6.8

and 30-70 in under 5 in a 200bhp model, even with kickdown is unlikely..

Just someone IMHO trying to make the car stand out as mega quick to the non saab fan
