Hi
I'm a newbie to car world and now I want to buy a new car (new for me but used car)
I've contacted a guy from NY to buy the car and as far as I understand I have to ship it by myself but I don't have enough time (I live in CA)
So, I think to use car shipping services
How much does it cost?
Well, usually you will have to pay around 50$ for every 100 miles. But this depends on many factors, what's the type of your car(SUV or sedan) the actual distance, the season when you plan to ship this car. There are lot of factors that should be taken in the sight
I think you can ask for information from a shipping company, or you can even get a free quote, they will calculate the exact price for your shipping. Also, you can read this article about Auto transport Price. You will find all the necessary information reading this article, a lot of tips and tricks that can be easily used when you will have to ship your car. I've read it a couple of weeks ago, before my car shipment, and I was able to find the best shipping company and to be ready for the shipment. Go on and check this article
If you want to know detailed information on how to calculate shipping costs and choose the best car shipping company, then I think you need to read the article transporting a car cross country https://getcarrier.com/blog/ship-car-across-country/ Just keep in mind that different transport companies have different tariff structures.
I recommend uShip but don't forget to check the reviews of individual shippers.
