Morning chaps,
ever since I replaced my heater matrix a couple of weeks ago my car ('94 Aero) gurgles.
As soon as I start the engine I can hear gurgling from the centre vents. It sounds like running water, and if I increase engine speed the gurgling gets faster as well.
All I can think is that I am hearing water rushing through the new matrix. Does this mean there is airlock in there that won't shift? I'm a bit surprised because the matrix is angled slighty upwards towards the side where the hoses connect, so I would have thought that all the air would have escaped.
I'm not losing coolant.
