Re: Midlands non francised workshops

1989agoodvintage - have you had any problems at Ashby Parva? Why wouldn't you recommend them?

The reason I want to know is beacuse I go there because they're handy - though they're definately not cheap. I never think of TSL because they seem to concentrate on 900's - and it's a bit far for normal servicing.

The one thing I have noticed is that their second hand cars are very expensive.

Who's the chap in Rugby? Might try him next time round.

I think I will look elsewhere from now! I have always thought they've been expensive for servicing, though have never bothered to look elsewhere.

Think I spent abouth £1600 with them over 18 months on my previous 9000.

I should really try Trent Saab, as I know one of the Technicians there.

Think I'll give Ken a go when my 9000 is due for it's next Service (or unscheduled work).

Oil and Major service was only 600ish miles ago, so this could be some time (touching wood - re unscheduled work).
