The Telford specialist is Scanparts, who I can highly recommend. I have used them on several ocassions for major work I couldn't carryout myself and they do a very good job at a very reasonable rate.
There's also Hallam & Sutherns in Swadlincote who are supposed to be pretty good but, not having used them personally, I can't verify.
