My fan will run slow when key is out .It has ACC CONTROL.I changed under the cowling wipers Fan resistor. Also I pulled the fuse for fan fearing another dead battery in the morning. I Brought a Fan module that mounts to fan under glove box..wrong..I Have a rag top.convert.Any help? Some say its in my HVAC control panel Thanks
