Hi All,

I,ve just recieved in a nice BIG box my new 3" JT Exhuast System from Elkparts. (Along with a load of other goodies )

I was a little suprised to find the back box dosen't have a stainless finisher on the end of the tail pipe.

I'm sure i've seen other JT systems with this on?? - Or am i loosing my marbles....

As several of you have the JT system- does yours have a stainless finisher on it?

Hmmm... On Closer inspection - The whole rear tail pipe is stainless steel.
Is this a change from other designs? Whats yours look like?!

I can certainly confirm that the whole tailpipe on the end of the last silencer box is stainless on my recently fitted JT exhaust - of course, the box itself is mild steel.

Finaly got the JT System fitted to my car.

Love the gentle burble you get from it.

I think the stainless tailpipe looks good polished up! - Most boy-racers don't have time to notice my tail pipe as i pass by!

It depends on the alloy of Stainless steel as some can't be polished to a mirror finish - but as Ylee has already discovered you can do a decent job on the exhaust if you try.

Have a look at polishing hard metals
