Hi all
I have a 2006 93 convertible, I'm looking for some help on fitting a hands free kit and I want to be able to use the steering wheel controls.

Hello and welcome aboard the good ship saabscene . .......... Ref hands free , if I'm correct you have the early type dashboard , with either a icm 1,2 or 3 . ( dependant on trim level ) . That can be a complete pain up the kazoo . Some will say just fit a parrot hands free kit and you can plug it into the tel-1 port down the n/s of the facia . Those sterring wheel controls are a bit of a red herring ( other colours available )
Though you may find by some googling that some may of done it , but it can cost a lot and a lot of parts finding plus maybe a session with someone with tech-2 ( saab programmer )
Though someone may know different .
