Hi everyone,
I have been offered a 1989 9000s 2.0 for spare parts but i own a 93 cse 2.0eco.
What i want to know is apart from the obvious relays / minor bits + pieces what else could i use on my car?
It has decent leather seats can anyone tell me if they will fit my cse?
also the towbar that is fitted?
these are the main reason i'm interested so if anyone can tell me i'd be really gratefull.
if i knew i could use these bits i'd take it and sell the rest on!
many thanks

Davy

Hi Davy

The Seats are a straight Swap 2 T40 Torx at the front and two 17mm I think? at the back although you'll have to remove the seatbelts as well. They are fixed to the seat chassis. i've just changed seats on my 9k and a couple of hours with a sockets set is all it takes.

I think the towbars are all std fitting as well, there should be pre made holes underneath for this.

Cheers C

HI everyone,
Thanks for all the extra help.

Big thanks to paul

turns out the tow bars are slightly different.
went to the towsure web site, a new one is only £39.99
my local agent quoted £117 + £55 fitting
£172
