hi i have a 9-3 aero, had an issue with the instrument control panel local garage advised faulty led so I sent it to a specialist repairer, however the nice people at parcel2 go have lost it, apparently its due to covid 19 ( boris didn't mention that was part of the new strain)
so i have sourced a second hand unit bit all the lights come on but it will not start, presumabley the computer does not recognise the new panel and needs reprogramming.
The local garage can't do the fancy programming
Will an advanced diagnostics company be able to reprograme the second hand unit, if I can find one that is open, any suggestions.
I can recomend parcel 2 go if anyone wants to dispose of any items without trace

I replaced the panel on my 05 with a used one. I needed a tech 2 to program it. You can get a Chinese clone for a couple hundred us$. It lets you program the correct mileage, but doesn’t let you roll the odo back, so get one with lower mileage than yours.
