Hi Guys
Hope you can help.
I'm after a pair of front indicators in Clear glass (got amber and want to change) for a 9000 cse 1993my. Anybody got any or know of any on a breaker. They seem to be pretty rare and I'm scared of going to my local dealer for a price.
Thanks

Presumably the '95 on refers to the fact that 1995 was when Saab changed from amber to clear?

If you do get clear front indicators, so the side ones too - looked good on my old '96 CSE.

Cheers

Thanks for the tips fellas
I think they changed them on 95/96 models, the rest of the bodywork looks the same to me so I think they are a direct fit.
i'll try E.C.P. and see what they say.

P.S. If anyone is in the Nottingham area and wants Saab help at all let me know

Bought some of the Clear indicators from Elk parts. £14
When they arived they were original Saab parts!

The plastic under the 'Clear' window was black, this makes it look good on my black car but it might look a bit kack on any other coloured car.

And charging £1.88 for P+P then posting it with a 41p stamp is taking the 'you know what',

Wooden spoon indeed!

I can't believe that you lot drive thousands of pounds worth of Swedish over-engineered quality and quibble about a few pence. Literally a few pence - you take as read whatever anyone posts.

gsaab's post is wrong. It's close - but it is wrong.

When I bought my clear repeaters, the dealer charged £10.23+VAT = £12.02 and I had to go and get them. Did you know that they charge 20 minutes labour to fit them? That'll be a few quid then. If I hadn't already got them and knew I could order online then I would have done - it is worth it for the convenience.

Reading some of the posts on this forum, you all seem to want something for nothing. In all my dealings with saab dealers, specialists and german and swedish and eurocarparts in particular, I have never had a problem and always had good service at a reasonable price.

Don't mean to carp, but it surprises me that drivers of such prestige cars quibble about such minor matters. This is just a sanity check - I'm off to count my money Happy Christmas.

Those lights have to be the easiest part to change on any car ever!

It took me literaly 2mins to do each one, there only 'sprung' inplace, pull the light backwards and it almost pops out!

I went to Elk because others have recommended them and i didn't realise they would be original Saab parts anyway.
