Hydraulic stays - Conv roof

hello everyone!

Finally managed to post on the forum, owned by Saab 9-3 HOT for a few months now, but had difficulty in posting!

More on my saga shortly... However, need a little guidance.. I am about to replace the leaking stays for the hydraulic roof mechanism. Does anyone have any tips on doing so?
