Does anyone know which relay controls the horn?

Mine has stopped working and I need to get it fixed, I have checked the fuses and they are all ok. Car is a 9000 2.3 FPT auto 1997.

The horn relay should be in the relay box adjacent to the battery, and will be labelled.

However I suspect that it's more likely that the inline connector to the horn has corroded than the relay failed; it gets a lot of "weather" at the front of the car. Try pulling that apart first.
