Just had my small service at BPV in Slough. Genuine and very reasonable. Labour rates £35 and they did a few extra checks for me, greased a door hinge, swapped my wheels front to back and changed 3 interior bulbs at no cost. I dealt one of the partners (Alan) who unlike some garages was very willing to go through everything with me. This is the first time in 5 years of saab ownership, i can be convinced I've not been ripped off on a service>

I agree entirely!
Went to them for the first time (first time SAAB owner).
Had a central locking door motor fixed - very quick, efficient and friendly service.
Alan also gave the car the once over diagnostic check as I had just bought it - took it for a test run and gave me excellent information.
Great garage,great people!
