My Fog light switch won't stay down (locked). I hear a clicking behind the ACC unit. Is it the switch or something more?

I had a switch do the same thing. If I held the switch in, the fogs worked, but it didn't stay "clicked." Bought a used switch off eBay for ~$10. Easy to replace and it fixed the problem. At least until a few weeks ago when (I think) the relay died.
