All the windows in my 9000XS (J) go down flush with the door EXCEPT the drivers one which stayes about 3" high.

Before I take the door panel off is there something I should know?

Think you'll need to take the panel off anyway to see what condition the teeth on the cog thing is.

I've seen this posted ages ago, and can't remember what else to suggest.

Have you got a scrappie near to you if you need the parts?

I have now taken the panel off and found out what the problem is.

At the base of vertical rail in centre of the door is a bracket which is welded on. This weld has snaped and has been fixed with a nut & bolt hense the fact the slider will not go all the way down.

Anybody got an old rail in the shed?
