Not in mine, it doesn't. Then again, it's been replaced a couple of times so who can tell where it went originally...

And very ingenious set-up for pressing it in. I, rather unimaginatively, just used a vice

A Workmate-type gadget also works well if you tilt the two surfaces up at 90 degrees so you have two large flat surfaces facing each other.
